Would be perfect if not for the noise levels

Pros

Large unit, tons of storage, windows in a every room, good price (could be lower for the area), dishwasher, laundry in building.

Cons

Honestly, it’s just the noise. There is a bar at the first floor, in front of an above ground train, and there are 2 churches across the street. Not to mention it is on the main road so sirens are pretty loud.

Advice to the owners

Please invest in double paned windows to minimize noise levels.
