    Great Amenities, Bad Violations

    Pros:
    In-unit laundry, amazing bathrooms, AMAZING location, great price. Right next to so much transit and the individual bathrooms are so valuable.
    Cons:
    I had no heat in the winter. We did not have adequate smoke alarms so when the apartment building burned in a fire, a pet in our apartment died because we couldn’t get out in time. We lost everything in the fire.
    Advice to owner:
    Better smoke alarms and heat pls.
