Nice building and landlord, but can be overbearing

Pros:
Landlord keeps it very clean Generally friendly neighbors
Cons:
Landlord very overbearing, only calls or visits to complain about something you unintentionally did. Will call at 11pm on a weekend night to complain. Good hearted lady but needs to chill out!
Some tenants not the best (5 ppl in a 1br, sexual orientation comments)
Neighborhood has gotten horrible - witnessed a shooting outside unit, lots of racism, aggressive homeless people. Do not wander at night unless you have solid street smarts at minimum
Advice to owner:
Take it easy and let your tenants live their lives, as long as they're paying rent

Horrible,controlling,and micro managing landlady other than that it’s great

Pros:
It’s a clean and pest free building with nice light and space
Cons:
The land lady is a micro manager,passive aggressive and she is very very controlling
Advice to owner:
Collect rent and don’t give the renter a hard time don’t micro manage and please don’t come when not needed

Pros:
Building is clean, well maintained and apartments relatively modern.
Cons:
Landlord is a bit over the top on visitors, recycling protocol and noise. Monitors cameras at entrance.
