Worst Apartment I've Ever Lived In + Nightmare Management

Pros:
there is nothing to like about this building.
Cons:
When we moved in, they had gutted the place. Nothing was like when we viewed it. They had removed dry wall, left holes in the floor boards and removed the doors. It was as if they had paid cheap renovators who never finished the job. What's worse is that when we contacted the management about the issue, they said that since our stuff was inside, we had "moved in". A few weeks into living there water began leaking through the ceiling and inside a lighting fixture. It took a 311 inspection for them to fix it.

Exposed brick Large bedrooms High ceilings
Cons:
Building management is non-existent No garbage management No buzzer Maintenance request could take weeks/months for attention Unresponsive landlord Not regularly cleaned No mailbox Hot water issues
Advice to owner:
This building has so much potential. Care more about your tenants and building. Return tenant security deposits.

Pros:
The apartment layout is really convenient if you are an artist.
Cons:
The worst landlord I have ever experienced in my life. We spent almost 3 weeks without hot water in the entire building. He don’t pay back the deposit to any of the tenants by the time we were living there. He doesn’t respond to any message. There are not trash bins outside and the rats are always around.
Advice to owner:
Hopefully he gets penalised and he pays off for being such an terrible human being.

Terrible landlord - Heating is a joke

Pros:
-Clean interior -beautiful wide panel hardwood -brick building -spacious apartments
Cons:
-heating does not work -landlord never responds -hot water issues -no outdoor trash maintenance - always messy
Advice to owner:
Care about the tenants in your properties as much as you care about the aesthetic facade.
