Lovely place to call home

Pros:
The landlord is responsive and both units are nice. Unit 2 gets lots of light and the kitchen is incredible.
Cons:
There are lots of rats in the backyard at night, and some sound pollution from the street. Biggest con is that even though the landlord is responsive, the super can be unresponsive or be a no-show.
Advice to owner:
Get a super who is more consistent and shows up on time

Heat barely works

Pros:
Property management is pretty decent about sending someone over for any issues. Will it actually get fixed? Maybe half of the time!
Cons:
Heat has barely worked half the time and they keep sending people over and it just never seems to actually get fixed. Lower level of apartment is useless bc it’s so cold down there that even when the heat does work it barely warms up downstairs. Maintenance does a half shotty job and usually always has to come back if they even do show up and if they do they don’t tell you when they will.
