Great Building
Pros
The landlord is very responsive, rent is fair, great location in terms of food/public transportation. The neighbors are all polite and quiet for the most part. It’s a family building so there are some kids playing sometime, or music playing but that comes with the neighborhood and I see it as a plus not a minus.
Cons
The only cons were the street noise from cypress cars and construction, but that has nothing to do with management!
Advice to the owners
Consider having the super switch to green cleaning supplies
