Good building, so-so landlord

Pros:
Exposed brick, natural light, lots of space
Cons:
Landlord is unresponsive and does things through dubious legal means. Conducted an unlicensed demolition in the neighboring apartment for two months, 12 hours a day 7 days a week.
Advice to owner:
Follow basic housing codes of conduct

Beautiful spacious living space with charming exposed bricks
Cons:
Landlord names Rupert is absolutely terrible. Super rude. Not responsive won’t answer phone. Zero management. If you have any issues, it will not be handled. You will have to outsource
