Perfect spacious apartment

Pros:
It has a dishwasher & washer dryer. Balcony was a huge plus and I personally loved the view of the backyards and as the train would go by. Two story unit on the second floor of the building. 4 bed, 2 full bathrooms so never waiting to use one. Large kitchen and living room. Good sized bedrooms. Lots of closets throughout the apartment. The landlord Mei was always so sweet and accommodating. If an issue ever occurred (which was rare) it was addressed immediately. Plenty of stores nearby for anything you could need and the JZ was two blocks away. I loved living here.
Cons:
I have no cons about the building. Left for personal reasons. If not, I would have kept resigning the lease.
Advice to owner:
No advice! She knows what she’s doing and is the best landlord I have ever had.
