Black mold eviction
Former Tenant
Pros:
Functional central AC, close to trains
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive to many floods and water damage, would take days to clean up leading to black mold that the city had to get involved with. The final tenant in our group was eventually evicted after everyone left, but the city had gotten involved because of the mold neglect, and there was an eviction notice served.

A decent apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings, great location, and affordable rent in NYC
Cons:
No lan cables in several rooms. Management doesn’t reply swiftly to repairs. So many cockroaches. Laundry in building is unusable due to the drug addicts camping out in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Take the time to check in on the building and repair things for clients
