Mice, ceiling leaks, excuses
Former Tenant
Pros:
It had walls and floors
Cons:
The ceiling in the kitchen leaked repeatedly and it was nearly impossible to get the super to take any action. I had frequent mice infestations (despite having a cat). A homeless person was frequently accessing the tiny vestibule to do drugs and sleep, making it very unsafe and impossible to enter/exit the building, and the super refused to put on more secure locks. The building is caving in, the floors and walls are extremely warped and uneven. The street noise is very loud. The landlord is very delinquent on returning my security deposit.
