Rupert seems to be a Slumlord.

Folks that live in it
Cons:
Everything, the roaches the electric being sky high because it shared lines with other apartments. The porter thats a hoarder. Being locked out of the basement when Con Ed comes Doesn’t change front door lock for over a week

YOURE A SLUMLORD “RUPERT”

No Heat or working oven for nearly 2 years

Dirt cheap for dirt roach home
Cons:
Roaches & fly issues (heavily) Broken oven never repaired Suspicious basement with a hoarder living at site Locks breaking often No response from “Rupert” seeing he’s normally in court
