Location great / everything else, not so great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is stellar, one of the reasons that’s kept me in the apartment for so long. Right down from Variety coffee and practically across the street from Ops Pizza. I personally enjoy a railroad style apartment.
Cons:
The landlord is older and really does not care when things go wrong. It’s gotten increasingly noisy the last couple years, we’ve had pest issues and issues with water temp fluctuating - all of this goes unfixed. I have to light our stovetop with a lighter because it’s so old and the landlord won’t replace.
Advice to owner:
If you took better care of your property and actually cared about the quality of life your tenants receive, they would most likely pay more in rent.
