Relatively solid building

Pros:
Building is in good condition. All appliances are relatively new. Laundry and washer in building. Right next to the L train and lots of great food, bars, etc.
Cons:
Bedrooms are very small, you can heat your neighbors far too easily (especially when you’re in the living room as the walls are extremely thin), washer and dryer tend to have issues, stairwell carry’s sound, practically no storage in the apartment at all.

Pros:
I love the location. Perfect for easy transportation access. The neighbors when I did live there were kind and kept quiet.
Cons:
Things took a while to get fixed if something was broken.
Advice to owner:
Check in with your tenants more.

BEDBUGS - DO NOT LIVE HERE

Pros:
The neighbors in the building were kind and friendly. There is a code to enter the building so packages could be safely delivered. The super was always kind and helpful.
Cons:
There were bedbugs in the building for our entire lease and no bed bug rider was provided. Landlord was manipulative, gaslit us, and did not deal with the problem or compensate us. Also there was no recycling for paper or cardboard, which they are legally obligated to provide. There were also cockroaches, an infestation of large black flies, and what we suspected to be mice or rats in the walls. Also it is impossible to access the landlord for communication—you will only ever be able to talk to Top Quality Management.
Advice to owner:
There is a pest problem and you need to provide recycling.

Good apartments and great manager

Pros:
Great property manager - responsive, fixes maintenance quickly and overall pretty nice + flexible
No issues when we lived here
Cons:
Smaller bedrooms
Can sometimes hear neighbors - footsteps and sound
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work
