Psycho landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good area , could be a great apartment
Cons:
Truly an insane owner/landlord. Called/sent texts all day and everyday. I couldn’t have visitors , he always needed to know when I was home or leaving, who was over, how long they where going to stay. Fed pigeons out his back window, seed all over my windows, huge rats feasting on the seeds, bird droppings on my windows. At the end he became belligerent . Don’t rent from him
Advice to owner:
Leave your tenants alone

What a complete nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, relatively cheap for the area
Cons:
Owner is a complete psychopath, has screamed at me and my guests too many times to count, has angrily broken glass in the morning right outside my door, stole kitchenware from me, blown up my phone with insane insults, refused to do ANYTHING to help with the mass amount of godzilla sized bugs in the apartment, did not return my deposit. Please do not live here. You will regret it, as I did.
