Easy commute to j train
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, modern appliances, camera doorbell.
Cons:
Building is not cleaned on a monthly basis, garbage is usually has rodents inside, needs better maintenance for building on A a consistent level.
Advice to owner:
This building looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time & the hallways are filthy/ dusty. Buy new garbage disposals it has a string order and has rotten trash stuck that bring flies

So close, so so close
Former Tenant
Pros:
Keyless entry at front, modern designs and updated appliances. Tall ceilings. Stays decently cool on hot days inside.
Cons:
THERE IS NO INSULATION in the building and it’s poorly built.
You will hear every phone conversation and step made inside. Because of no insulation, rats freely slide through the walls of building. It also will be cold as shit in the winter. My electric bill was $600 trying to stay warm.
Advice to owner:
Shouldn’t have cut corners on making a livable space, I would have happily stayed here for years because no building is perfect. Skipping on insulation has brought totally unnecessary problems. Also, don’t cheap out on “amenities” like an intercom. Just get something solid that’s reliable and works, mine has been broken since January and it’s like pulling teeth getting a replacement. Missing crucial packages.
