Great Bushwick apt building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Very well-maintained and clean building
- Great apt layout, wonderful huge windows
- In-unit washer dryer + dishwasher!
- Great location
- Great super
Cons:
- Loud with the subway going right outside the bedroom window, but you get used to it
- VERY hot during the summer if you don't install window AC units. This is because of huge south-facing windows

Needs significant improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, security, elevator (that doesn’t work a lot of times but when it does it’s great), slightly spacious apts
Cons:
Rats and mice love living here and the building won’t do any pest control. Tiny roaches too. The most horrible thing is that there is no AC and they’re rent is too high for no AC apts.
Advice to owner:
Get pest control treatment. Install AC’s. Fix up the elevator. General maintenance is required like fixing cracks in apt walls, reselling bathroom floors, waterproofing.

Worst landlord ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Sabir is great and friendly. Super helpful as much as he can be.
Cons:
Fernando ignores, never returns calls or emails, during a carbon monoxide emergency he almost left most of us homeless. It was constantly begging for answers.
Advice to owner:
