Corporate and Soulless, But That's OK
Former Tenant
Pros:
No major issues--neighbors were nice, heat/ac good, quiet. No obnoxious landlord breathing down your neck. Apartment is well laid out and great location. High ceilings. Everything worked, great shower pressure.
Cons:
Hard to reach management, fairly rude when they do respond. No clue even what our landlord's name is. When closed for jewish holidays can be impossible to reach for a long time. Water damage was an issue that took too long to have fixed. Lots of rats outside.
Advice to owner:
Be quicker in responding to tenants.

Nice building, well maintained but neighbors can be aggressive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean Renovated Timely maintenance requests Owner cares about building
Cons:
There was a period if time where a homeless person somehow learned the access code and was living in the basement for awhile and stealing packages. It took awhile to figure out because there were no cameras in the hallway, only fake ones.. When they found out they changed the codes and rectified the problem. Walls are paper-thin and you can hear conversations in the next apartment/it can be noisy. One one washer/dryer in the basement for 6 apartments.
Advice to owner:
More washers and dryers. Invest in cameras for security.
