    Not bad for price
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Cheap, close to subway, responsive management, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
    Cons:
    Off a busy road, thin walls between apartments, apartments get too hot in the summer. 99 cent store downstairs is very sketchy.
