OK but landlords are greedy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units themselves are nice-ish and clean, hallways are kept clean
Cons:
They skimp on appliances and bleed you for rent. Rats EVERYWHERE in the garbage area
Advice to owner:
Good tenants will stomach reasonable rent increases from reasonable landlords. If you raise rent by several hundred dollars on a building surrounded by rats, you’re scum :)
