Great starter building

Pros:
Location to subway, good price, laundry and markets nearby, solid air conditioning
Cons:
The biggest roaches I’ve seen in my life were in this building, several break ins/attempts
Advice to owner:
Get better security and an exterminator

management was very responsive if anything broke (eg AC)
Cons:
there was a roach problem, but management did consistently send exterminators when we asked them to

Central AC saves it

Pros:
Central AC and it’s close to good bars and restaurants. High ceilings.
Cons:
Basement flooded, rats in the ceiling/walls, loud neighbors
