No issues in 3 years.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Recently renovated, pretty clean, saw very few pests and no infestations. Very quiet neighbors, no parties. I enjoyed living here for 3 years. Would've stayed if not for pandemic and my roommates all left.
Cons:
If you're reading this you already know the J train tracks are right outside and it will be loud, so make your own choice about that. I was fine with it. Only other issues are hot water runs out fast despite having your own boiler. And because boiler is electric not gas, your ConEd bill will be massive.

Pros:
Some nice neighbors, rooftop, and space.
Cons:
Unresponsive landlord, pest problem, terrible maintenance.
Advice to owner:
Fix up the building, rent stabilize, and listen to tenants.
