    Horrible landlord !!

    Great area and convenient
    Cons:
    The landlord eugene lavatman is a terrible landlord. He threatened violence on tenants multiple times. Doesn’t respond to us at all. Have mice and roach problems. He also has not given back security deposit.

    Stop being a landlord

    Open stairways are often dirty and dusty, rooftop is filthy, not enough garbage cans
