Terrible terrible terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, close to a train
Cons:
Management is terrible and will do nothing to help you. This place is old and crumbling and riddled with pests. Do not rent here
Advice to owner:
Fire this management company

Pests were out of control
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice enough neighbors, close to the M
Cons:
Lots of pests and pest management really didn’t seem to be a priority to the landlords. Also would take several days and multiple times reaching out for anything to get fixed.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the pests, clean the common areas, work on responsiveness
