BEST management team in NYC

Pros:
Where do I start! The management team really makes all the difference, but the unit was roomy, clean, updated, and maintained incredibly well. I felt safe and sound here. It's a stunning unit and probably the best one I have lived in yet.
Cons:
On occasion there were leaks in the basement, but this is standard with units in this area, and our management team helped immediately.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing you! You're the best in the game!

Responsive and responsible property manager

Pros:
Quiet neighbors, great property manager who is very responsive and reasonable, building is safe and has CCTV, never any pests/bed bugs, rent has stayed low for years, property manager was flexible with payments during Covid
Cons:
Street can be very noisy at night, however neighbors in building are quiet. Wish pets were allowed as well.
Advice to owner:
Consider allowing small pets; more regular lobby/stairwell cleaning
