Worse Place I’ve ever lived

Pros:
A/C, close to L train
Cons:
where do i even start. Close to the train but the area has a lot of junkies and you’d hear them very clearly at night because of the large windows

Apartment is skinny, no windows in the kitchen. Large windows in the room not soundproof so you hear all

Walls are THIN. apartment has a family next door and they’re very loud! expect to hear children screaming and stomping from 8am-12am. Landlord is very unresponsive, needed to leave for a covid family emergency and the landlord ghosted me

Did not get security back. Worst part is the roaches, and the junkies outside on your step.
Advice to owner:
Sell it and build something else. This place is a scam to renters
