Overall Solid Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of natural light, good location, and landlord is reasonably fast with repairs.
Cons:
Lots of bugs, bad move in process, and apartment not cleaned/painted prior to move in
Advice to owner:
Make sure you coordinate getting all your keys at once and make sure they paint the place before you move in
