Solid place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
No big issues across 2 years living here Super is very friendly and helpful
Cons:
Building management company can be hostile/demanding over any tiny issue but they never actually follow through on causing problems

Solid Bushwick Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
You get what you pay for, this is a very solid apartment. Not perfect but good for the price. Mail is reliable, close to laundromat, delis, subway, etc. Decent appliances, consistent water/electricity. Temperature is easy to control.
Cons:
Fixtures are a little rundown, apartment shows some age but nothing crazy. Some insects and rodents but it's New York, it happens.

Pretty much decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really big bedrooms
Cons:
Owner does temporary fixes to any needed repairs. Isn’t that responsive. Front door of building wouldn’t close properly for weeks.

Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big rooms and good light in rooms
Cons:
Unfriendly super, stairs/halls are dirty, watet is either freezing cold or burning, very difficult to find an inbetween. The repair people they hire are incompetent. Heating is not very good. Hole in wall for radiator lets in mice. Was not willing to adjust rent price when i lost my job to covid. Outdated appliances, my fridge door fell off twice and they did not replace the fridge.
