It’s fine for what it is

Pros:
Area, size of certain bedrooms
Cons:
Landlord is kinda slow and didn’t believe us regarding a few issues needed to be fixed

Not a “nice and new renovated place”

Pros:
On the same block as a C-town grocery store, Chinese takeout, convenience store/deli etc
Cons:
Terrible management !!!
-doesn’t care about taking care of the building (smells bad in the lobby, dirty stairs, stairs handles are falling apart)
-refused to replace our oven after we had a roach infestation
-hires unprofessional maintenance people (installed our toilet handle upside down and we had to send in another request to have it fixed correctly)
Advice to owner:
Actually do your job instead of the bare minimum?
