Good enough...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to M and L
Lucy's, Post Factum and Nicandra's are right downstairs and everything is delicious
Neighbors are really nice
Has camera on door bell so you can see who is ringing
Laundry mats are really close by.
Cons:
The owners are nice and get things handled but not as quickly as things should be handled.
Throwing out the garbage is a nightmare. I've seen 2 rats so far and now my roommate takes it out for me. I know this might not be a big deal but I am deathly scared of rats.
This apartment gets really cold in the winter and really hot on the summer due to the brick wall .... The wall is cute tho 😂
On the topic of rats just a heads up for if you are planning a move to Bushwick there are tons of rats. I've lived on NYC for 5 years and I've never seen it as bad as it is here.
Advice to owner:
Clean the lobby and stairs more often Fix the front door so that is closes properly Update appliances Stop using glass and wood french doors as bedroom doors.
