Great location, - at what cost?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great! Walking distance to the fun part of Bushwick, but still fairly quiet. Some great dining/bars on the block, and laundry across the street. My apartment was pretty spacious.
Cons:
The landlords are negligent. Expect to wait weeks for solutions, or have to constantly bother them. Heat would regularly not be turned on- had to call 311 on them multiple times. Lobby is dirty and trash is not well kept.
