Worst land lord ever

Pros:
The neighborhood and neighbors The rent was 1500 in 2018 nice big railroad apartment by 2019 my rent was 1800
Cons:
The LAND LORD IS TERRIBLE SHE NEED TO LOSE ALL HER PROPERTIES SHE OWNS SIX BUILDING INCLUDING THIS ONE IN BROOKLYN THIS BUILDING HAS RATS NOT MICE RATS NO HEAT NO HOT WATER BUILDING HALLWAYS HAVE NO LIGHTS ALOT OF DRUG ADDICTS STAY IN THE APT ON THE SECOND FLOOR DOING DRUGS IN THE HALLWAYS THE BUILDING DOOR HAD NO LOCKS OR BUZZERS HPD NYC SHUT THE BUILDING DOWN AND SENT ALL TENANTS TO SHELTERS WHERE THEY ARE RECEIVING NO HELP AND HAVE TO START THERE LIVES ALL OVER
