    Good Friendly Landlord

    Pros:
    Landlord is very responsive and takes care of the property. Gut renovated so it looks nice.
    Cons:
    Lots of ants in the summer. Materials for gut renovations are not good. Can hear people partying on the roof.
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of all the ants and pests
