I do not recommend this landlord.

Pros:
Price
There is nice food locally
Cons:
- landlord is a very anxious older woman who has boundary issues.
- she enters your apt while you’re not home
- harasses your guests assuming they’re living there now.
- poorly renovated apartment with crappy materials.
- the floor is not real wood, as described in listing

- landlord lacks experience with professionalism
- landlord makes inappropriate comments
- she is transparent about her dislike for certain races
- speaks poorly of all her tenants.
- watches her security camera like it’s Netflix and is constantly sending you videos and micromanaging your interactions with her building.
- loud music in front and back of properly.
- poor airflow in apt
- she caused a small fire in the building and could not admit her wrong doings, tried to blame and even the police sided with us.
Advice to owner:
Hire a propert manager to run your building.
