My landlord doesn’t provide me heater

Pros:
When it works it feels nice to have my heater working
Cons:
I asked my landlord to please active it my heater on my room because I am sick and I am cold all the time and I can’t recover if I am freezing all the time.
Advice to owner:
To be on top of the priorities needs, speacially when my landlord live in the building.

I love the place but the landlord sucks

Pros:
I like the apt and the room as well
Cons:
The landlord lives in the same building, one floor up to be specific, and that's the annoying part. He thinks he rules your apartment just for the fact that he lives in the same place, there's no privacy in the unit because of that. Also, his best friend lives in the unit so they will gossip and bother about everything they don't like.
Advice to owner:
Stop handling the unit under your emotions
