Good amenities but bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
There was a COVID rent special, and we had completely new appliances.
Cons:
The landlord is going back on his word on allowing us to break the lease as long as we have him 6 weeks notice. And now he is withholding our security deposit. Also even when we gave complaints about our packages being stolen by someone in the building, they paid no mind to it.
Advice to owner:
Please install cameras and don’t go back on your word.
