Disgusting Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the M train
Cons:
It was literally disgusting. Mice, roaches, bed bugs - the works. We lived next to a family whose living space should have been condemned it was so dirty.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building and take care of your tenants.
