Pretty decent compared to the otherdz
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet safe, you never see hanging out in the hallway, at times especially in the summer a group of younglings hang out on the stoops , play loud music, as long as they keep it safe oh well
Cons:
The management could do a much better job at addressing the concerns and or complaints of thier tenants. It takes FOREVER to fix an issue, they do things fast when they know hpd is coming out to inspect.
Advice to owner:
Get better at addressing the concerns of the tenants, fix the front door, the lock has been broken for 3 years now and still hasn't been fixed, packages are being stolen, it's a safety issue as well! When you walk in the second door is locked while the first door you just walked in stay open, someone can run in and god forbid hurt someone, rob someone, or even sexually assault someone. PLEASE FIX FRONT DOOR...PLEASE!!!
