Good place for two people

Convenient location
In unit AC
LATCH keys + modern doorbell system
4 units in the whole building
Cons:
Walls are thin
Electric heat is annoying to deal with
Low water pressure
Typical greedy and faceless landlord/management

Latch entry, proximity to subway, only a few units
Cons:
No physical key (as backup for latch entry), very small living room, no roof access
