    Main hub in Bushwick.
    Extremely close to the wycoff L
    Lots of affordable food options
    Cons:
    No windows in living room
    Rat issue on first floor
    Building management is unresponsive
    Rent payments are inconvenient (manually deliver to address on Starr street)
