it was nice at some point

Pros:
- ease to access area to throw away garbage
- size of apartment
- washer and dryer
Cons:
- pests
- landlord can be unresponsive when issues arise
- if you have a conflict with a neighboring apartment, he says who submitted the report and ends up stirring up a lot of drama between neighbors
- doesn't want to handle issues
- outdoor area is never maintained

The owner and property management company received my application in the middle of the month and there was 0 communication after that point, leaving 4 individuals homeless.

it's very new
modern touches
big back yard for everyone
big rooftop for everyone
great water pressure
management is hands-off
Cons:
management is meh, run of the mill
very little attention to detail in the finishing of my apartment
no elevator even though it's a new 5-story building??
security cameras inside building
laundry inside building is paid and more expensive than laundromats
Advice to owner:
be proactive and prevent issues rather than reacting to issues.
stop charging for laundry in building you dont have to profit off everything. its an amenity.
