The other tenants in the building are quiet, respectful, and nice.
Cons:
The management is awful. We went months without heat and weeks without hot water. They don’t respond to maintenance requests and don’t provide notice before showing up. We have an exposed electrical outlet that they’re refusing to fix. The building itself dirty. There are lots of rat droppings on the stoop and by the trash cans, so the building smells strongly of feces and urine.
