Not worst, but def not the best

Pros:
good location, responsive management, huge bedrooms
Cons:
dirty hallway, mail issues, front door was OFTEN broken. I lived there for one year and our buzzer never worked even though they were "fixing it". Neighbor noise-complained about us for playing acoustic guitar for 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon (middle of the day) and mgmt threatened eviction (backed off when we responded, though). Many roaches. Hiked the rent by $500 when we were looking to renew, so we moved. It wasn't worth it.
