Pros:
The apartment was spacious.
Cons:
So many things wrong with this place, I could go on and on. Super shitty renovations, by the end of the year we had mold growing in multiple areas. The owners would just paint over it. The management constantly told us we didn’t pay rent because of their shitty payment portal and we had to show them proof that we did atleast 4 times. Whenever anything was needed to be done in the apt, they management would always try to find the cheapest solution. They did not care about the needs of the tenants, only about making money. There is no dishwasher, even though the apartment is “newly renovated” The wood for the floor is not finished and super rough and even has some splinters. The people who did the paint job splatter paint everywhere so there are permanent paint stains
