Con Artists
Former Tenant
Pros:
was ok for the price, but horrible people own it
Cons:
Shady dealings with landlords selling building and not notifying tenants. Eviction notice after not being able to pay the new landlord this guy that owns now, after paying old landlord 2 months--- totally rude, shady, and criminal- had someone break into my apartment and trash my stuff--wouldn't trust that they wouldn't do that again to someone.
Advice to owner:
Find a source of revenue where you don't have to deal with people.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here in 2014-2015. It was infested with cockroaches, and the roof leaked every time it would rain. The landlord called us dramatic when we would ask for anything to be fixed, and do nothing. It is a slum. They also never gave us back our security deposit and said it was a “fee”. Do not rent!
Cons:
Literally everything except the price lol
Advice to owner:
This needs to be managed by someone who actually responds to requests
