Generally pretty okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally pretty quiet. Good access to public transportation.
Cons:
It advertises in building laundry but the drier does not work properly. A bit overpriced compared to other comparable buildings. No bathroom storage at all.

spacious duplex but the fish murals were kinda weird
Former Tenant
Pros:
tons of space, new appliances, bedrooms were all big with closets, lots of light, chill neighbors
Cons:
only 1 washer/dryer that sucked, had roaches and a mouse at one point, management wasn't as responsive as they could have been

Artsy building, decent management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Artsy exterior building. Beautiful murals in stairwell and in the top floor unit. Has central air. Can file a maintenance ticket online and don’t need to call in. Usually easy to reach building management through virtual means.
Cons:
Coin-operated washer/dryer in basement occasionally not usable. Thin walls (can easily hear neighbors’ loud parties and sex noises). Can be difficult to reach management by phone.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive in a timely manner to tenants.
