Beware of Looks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment layout is nice and large.
First floor has backyard.
Shared laundry (you do need quarters)
Cons:
Upon moving in dwelling was covered in trash.
we immediately got robbed and no security precautions were taken but they were promised
Bad plumbing in the toilets
Will never get over 65 and heat has broken on occasion. 39 in my apt for 4 days w/o fixing it.
landlord will only call so no documentation will be provided
leaks in the roof during rain.
Advice to owner:
Talk to your tenants instead of talking down to them. Basic human decency.
