Pros:
I’ve lived here for three years and have been very happy
Cons:
It’s right next to the library and the flood lights can be alot

Pros:
Great location, clean, small/quaint building
Cons:
Walls are super super thin, so if you’re sensitive to noise I would consider a different building. Obviously this can be dependent on neighbors however, I could hear my neighbors just having daily conversations. You will hear everything!
Advice to owner:
When tenants bring concerns to you, please take action and in a reasonable amount of time.
