Great place to live if you never need the landlords help

Pros:
The place is super cute and clean with great amenities (central air, dishwasher, laundry in basement)
Cons:
Will receive no help from building manager if anything breaks. Spent 4 weeks without a working oven because the gas line broke (good thing i smelt it), spent a week with no heat or hot water when we first moved in because they didnt tell us the gas line had been turned off, had water leaking from the ceiling, shower hot water stopped working and it took 2 weeks for someone to come fix it. Management never responds to emails so recommend calling the office and just waiting for someone to pick up. They are all super rude if you complain about them being unreachable.
