filthy apt with slumlords

Pros:
cheap, location, close to subway and park
Cons:
unresponsive slum lord who will force you out if you complain. constant roaches and smokers in hallways. filthy common areas. leaks in apartment cause plaster to fall off.
Advice to owner:
everyone deserve to live with dignity in a clean and safe place

Near a liquor store and 24/7 laundry mat
Cons:
Roach infestation. Rude loud and dirty neighbor. Management company didn’t maintain building
Advice to owner:
Have contractors contact residents prior to showing up. Schedule meetings and keep to the time frame
