Beware of Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Shared backyard for ground floor tenants
Cons:
The management company was unresponsive and did not care if the building was legally habitable for tenants. I have also seen apartments in the building improperly listed and/or with inaccurate photos.

No way in hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
The backyard is ok
Cons:
Management is terrible. they actually didn’t even show us *our* apartment before we moved in, only the identical (but better) apartment in the building next door. Will NOT make any repairs unless you annoy them every day about it. Dirty water was leaking down on my toilet in May, I called the landlords, it took them a month to send someone over who promptly knocked a hole in my ceiling and left it opened for 4 days, making more water pour down. we all had to leave the apartment until it was repaired; mgmt did not once apologize or try to make it better in any way. finally had enough and broke my lease, only for the landlord to try to lie to me and get me to CONTINUE PAYING THE RENT, or find ADDITIONAL new tenants, neither of which were written in my lease. terrible experience, best part by far was the stray cats that lived in the yard. only reason why I stayed.
Advice to owner:
Fix your damn building
